Hi, I’m Jimmy, the founder of Ladies Can Box and a passionate Boxing Personal Trainer. I’ve created a unique boxing programme designed specifically for women who want to burn body fat, gain confidence, and learn boxing skills – all from the comfort of their home or gym.

I wanna be honest with you…I had a lot of deep struggles early on in my life. I hated the way I looked, hated the way I felt, and hated the way I thought!

My teenage years were pretty much forgettable…and then I discovered boxing which transformed my life! The feeling you get after performing a boxing session is unbelievable. The workout is so stimulating and leaves you absolutely buzzing with energy, confidence and a deep sense of satisfaction. The sense of confidence along with the ‘free high’ of the adrenaline rush is addictive, it’s just amazing. It helps me lock onto a positive mindset that stays with me through the day.
I am so fortunate to have finally found a career that I love, am genuinely passionate about and also helps my clients achieve their physical and mental goals, whatever they are: weight loss, learning proper boxing technique for self-defense, developing mental strength or having a boxing bout. Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly, quarterly or annually based program. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
